An online patient brochure which highlights a number of recipe ideas for use on the OPTIFAST VLCD Program Intensive Level. The booklet also provides patients with a list of additional foods that are allowed to be consumed whilst on the OPTIFAST VLCD Program Intensive Level as well as foods that should be avoided.
